synopsis:
On the first day of Maeve’s internship at the university’s stroke rehabilitation clinic, she doesn’t exactly get off on the right foot with Tom, who will be running the aphasia support group with her. Her semester takes another turn when she is faced with the newest member of the support group- her estranged father. When they discover that the clinic is in danger of closing, they all band together in an elaborate plan to raise awareness about aphasia and save their community.
